[Games] The Sims 3, World of Warcraft

Hey Guys!

I´m using ML 10.8.3 on my Asus X71Vn and it works almost perfectly.

The only points not working are Sleep (yeah, of course ._.) and my webcam - but thats not important yet.

The bigger problem is that i can´t play games like WoW or Sims 3 without problems.

When I start World of Warcraft, it works with a FPS of 40 to 60, which is pretty good, compared to my notebook running WoW on Windows - There ist almost the same framerate.

But if there is a group of many mobs + a group of many players, the FPS crashes down to 5 - 15 - nobody can play like this.

Well. The Sims 3 works worse. The time to load the whole game is about 5 to 10 minutes. After loading, the game is pretty jerky - also with low graphic settings.

On Windows, both games work great.

My System:

Intel Core 2 Dou T5800 (2,0 GHz)

nVidia GeForce G9650m GT (1GB)

I also uploaded you a list of my installed kexts.

Thanks a lot!

Another important fact is that there are two different information I get from the "About this mac"-Window:

Sometimes, there is 1,2GHz, and sometimes 2,0GHz.

I didn`t change the kexts etc..

Kevin ;)
