Hey all!!

I have searched a couple threads and could not find a fix for this so ill post my problem.

First here is a little about my system

Cpu= i7 2600k

MB= Asus P8Z77-V - i patched the Bios already stopped the power management issue!

ram = corsair 1600 32gb

GPu = 2x EVGA 550Ti

when loading from the USB drive i created it goes to a black screen. so i booted with -f -v and got this screen shot:PhotoApr14101016AM.jpg

Thanks in advance!!

Hi,

How did you create the USB drive? What patches or fixes have been applied?

With -f Chameleon will load the Extra/Extensions kexts, have a look at those.

If you have used a beast to create the installer, i recommend creating another installer using Pandora, which can be found in the downloads section of Insanelymac.

i made the drive over a week ago and dont exactly remember what i used.

Im going to make a new one as you said.

as for what i pached: the BIOS on my motherboard unlocking an area so the appleintelcpupowermanagement.kext (or whatever its called) can boot properly without KP happening

basicly like insalling the nullpowermanagement.kext but sleep and such will work..(atleast from what im reading)

ill let you know when i finish making a new USB drive

So i cannot use pardoria because my running OS X unit is only 10.6.7 and it requires 10.7+
