jonz14
I was listening to music in iTunes (wasn't loud at all) and then after this song ended I can't hear any songs playing what is wrong? I plugged the speakers into my iPod and they worked fine so it isn't the speakers. I don't know what kind of a sound card my computer has (it's onboard though) and I'm not sure how to find out either. Whoops! sorry for wasting your time but I accidectally hit the mute button on my keyboard. I know...i'm an idiot I'm not yet used to my new keyboard yet, the small edges on my new apple wireless keyboard are very easy to bump in the position i normally type in sorry for wastin ur time. acidnine
Go to the Apple Button (upper left hand corner) then to "About This Mac" then to "More Info". find your sound card. Also, did you just recently upgrade to iTunes 7.0.1? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/28783-sound-broke/#findComment-197421 Share on other sites
Korrupted
Keep in mind not all sound cards will appear in More Info, so that won't always help. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/28783-sound-broke/#findComment-197424 Share on other sites
