Cwb
I've installed Mac Os (developer DVD) on a partition on the harddrive where windows was already installed (Win - C:, Mac - X:). At first I couldn't boot into any of them: disk boot failure. I managed to make the win partition active with fdisk. Now the old xp is booting without problems, but the only way I can boot into osx is inserting the developer dvd into the drive and, when darwin shows up, specifying "rd=disk0s6". Otherwise it runs the installer again. Would be grateful, if anybody could help. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/2876-booting/ Share on other sites
Cwb
One more: if I try to reboot it hangs forever with the circle rotating. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/2876-booting/#findComment-18567 Share on other sites
