  1. Tried to plug the speakers to all of the ports. NOthing works
  2. Booting

One more: if I try to reboot it hangs forever with the circle rotating.
  3. I have the first motherboard. The sound doesn't work, but I saw a post here where it worked.
  4. I've the same audio device as you, but it doesn't work. Any ideas?
  5. Booting

I've installed Mac Os (developer DVD) on a partition on the harddrive where windows was already installed (Win - C:, Mac - X:). At first I couldn't boot into any of them: disk boot failure. I managed to make the win partition active with fdisk. Now the old xp is booting without problems, but the only way I can boot into osx is inserting the developer dvd into the drive and, when darwin shows up, specifying "rd=disk0s6". Otherwise it runs the installer again. Would be grateful, if anybody could help.
  6. Prescott 3.4 GHz, 1GB, a 915 motherboard. Sound's not working
