MilesP94
Hey I'm new here and I really want to turn my PC into a hackintosh. I was wondering if someone could tell me if it is possible on my machine? Here is some info I got from CPU-Z: Processor: AMD Athlon II X3 450 SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSE4A Motherboard: ASUS M4N68T-M-LE-V2 Chipset NVIDIA: Geforce 7025 Southbridge: NVIDIA nForce 630a Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6450 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/287213-new-want-a-hackintosh/ Share on other sites
Rampage Dev
AMD is some what supported but your chipset is not and I do not know of any one getting AMD to run on any Nvidia chipset. Someone correct me if I am wrong. Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/287213-new-want-a-hackintosh/#findComment-1898675 Share on other sites
theconnactic
Hi! Rampage, i used to run Lion and Snow Leopard (the latter quite stable) on an Athlon X2 7750+ with a MSI board with nVidia nForce chipset. It's possible - doesn't mean it's easy. The success isn't in any way a certainty. Miles, answer the second quiz and ask help here: http://www.insanelym...gacykernel-irc/ Let's see if it's possible to sort it out. All the best! 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/287213-new-want-a-hackintosh/#findComment-1898697 Share on other sites
