calciumantacid Posted February 24, 2013 Share Posted February 24, 2013 I upgraded from 10.7.5 to 10.8.2 and reinstalling my old AppleHDA.kext doesn't seem to get my sound back. Any tips? I don't know how to make my own edits, I only know how to install kexts, so if you can attach or link to proper kexts I can hopefully get this thing running again. If anyone is using Mountain Lion on Asus P5K Premium feel free to help out! Thanks. I poached a DSDT.aml and AppleHDA.kext files from another thread for a nearly identical motherboard. Gotta learn how to make make my own patches... some day.
