jedavis1
I'll add my interest to this... I have a Gateway with this in it (with an ATI Xpress 200m chipset nontheless!) I ended up buying an Atheros ar5004g miniPCI card off ebay for $17 shipped. After a little help from searching this forum for the ar5005g workaround it worked. JustBrowsing
Realtek 8185L will not work currently; even though Realtek does have a driver out available for OSX; although it is designed for the PowerPC variant of the operating system. I have the wireless card as well in my laptop; I'm thinking of picking up a Dell Truemobile card so that I can get internet working with OSX. At this time, I wish I would've gotten a Intel version of this computer; ugh -- for once I wish it had a GMA900ish video card. Still -- instead of waiting around for a driver to be made; it's much better to just buy a working card. fairlie
Yeah, also a Gateway owner. I'd love to get the wifi to work, then I can start to use it properly - that is, once I sorted out the resolution.
