iAtkos L2 on Dell Inspiron 530 (0RY007 Motherboard)

I burned iAtkos L2 to a DVD. It booted up and installed correcly. On the first boot after installation, it just hangs at the Apple Logo. After a few hours of looking for fixes, I got stuck on "Still waiting for Root Device". I cannot get past it. Is there any fix?

G31/33 Chipset

Pheonix motherboard (Dell 0RY007)

3GB DDR2 Ram (Two sticks are 400MHz, PC2-6400, one stick is 330MHz, PC2-5300)

Nvidia EVGA GeForce 9600GT (Superclocked) 512MB DDR3 Memory

Hitachi 250GB HDD
