GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UP5 TH (Dual Thunderbolt)

ASUS Maximus V EXTREME (Single Thunderbolt)

GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H

Asus Sabertooth Z77

You do realize that the ethernet and the audio does not work at all in Mac OS X.

No, not at that price range. Get the

GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H which is your best bet at that price range. That is why I gave such a wide range of motherboards.

maybe i found a used Sabertooth :)

speaking only in terms of installation of iOS, there are some differences between the Sabertooth and the GA-Z77X-UD5H?

None, you just need a patched BIOS for it here for the Asus Motherboard:

http://bios4asus.blogspot.com

From testing that I have done on all of the MB listed above the Asus are always the best over clockers. What it comes down to is what brand you trust and what cards are you going to have installed? How many slots will these cards take? Do I need wifi? Just picture each motherboard with every last card you would like to have installed and see if it all fits and more importantly the PCIe lanes run at the speeds that you want when all of the cards are installed.

i have already check it:

-2 HD6850 [there are 2 pci-e x16]

-1 wi.fi card [there is the pci]

-1 sound card [there is a pci 1x]

in short i need ATX, the sabetooth is perfect for me, the only little thing... i don't like it, i like see all the chip of the motherboard :D

what about the p8z77-v deluxe?

The Asus Sabertooth heat sink comes off. I took mine off of my P67 version.

If you plan to over clock I would stick to the motherboard models I listed. Also for the price of the

p8z77-v deluxe you could get the dual

thunderbolt Gigabyte motherboard.

No issues. The only difference is Intel changed the thermal paste used internally which causes higher temps.

the cpu came back at i5 2500K but the motherboad became a Asus Sabetooth P67, is it right for you?
