First of all, repair permissions on your Snow Leopard drive using Disk Utility. Then rebuild kext caches, and back up your system using Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper! to another partition or hard drive. Once you do that, install Lion. However, it looks like your 610M will only work on Mountain Lion, so you may want to get that instead of Lion. Use myHack. It will create a USB for you and patch it for MBR partitions.
