decrastonation
Hello everyone, I'm new to the forums but was seeking help here for the installation of OS X 10.7 on a Samsung Series 9. I recently got a really good deal on one and did some research and it seems that it is one of the best to install OS X on. Before I start I plan on taking a factory default image of the computer as a failsafe if things don't go according to plan. Right now I'm just preparing a plan for installing OS X on it, and was wondering if anyone out there has used a Series 9 for this and what there experience has been so far and anything i should be aware of. Thanks! Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/281863-samsung-series-9-ultrabook/ Share on other sites

treyhamilton25
Is it giving you a kernel panic before it restarts? Try to boot in -v and take a screen shot or picture and post it. valkin
Hi, Nope, as said above... It loads kexts.. shows "Errors encountered while starting the computer" ... and reboots after 5 secs... no KPs or anything else - i have tested 10+ chameleon versions and 3+ clover versions.. with same level success... :-/ Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/281863-samsung-series-9-ultrabook/#findComment-1848228 Share on other sites
