I am new to this, can anyone help?

I think it's "Intel Corporation 82G33/G31 Express Integrated Graphics Controller", I don't have Windows installed on my computer so this is the name I could get using a program called Unkown Devices running on Mini XP on Hiren's Boot CD, but I can install windows 7 in order to know the exact name if that name doesn't help.

It's a desktop with a Gigabyte motherboard called "Gigabyte GA G31M-ES2L (rev. 1.x)" that has an integrated Intel Graphics card and here is a screenshot of GPU-z running on windows 7:

do I need to provide any other information?

Not to sure about the Graphics. Not to familiar with that card. Here is the Kext you need for the Sound to work,

Kexts.zip

Upload your org.chameleon.Boot.plist from the /Extra folder. I will add a few parts to get your system running a bit better.

I installed the Kext file you attached but the sound didn't work(no input devices was detected), is there anything I should do other than restarting the system after installation?

Here's the org.chameleon.Boot.plist file:

Thanks for your help.

You need to repair the permissions like you did with the other kext earlier.

Try this boot file out,

org.chameleon.Boot.plist.zip

I repaired the permissions but still the sound didn't work, and when I used your edited org.chameleon.boot.plist file, the system didn't boot at all, it freezed at a blank screen right before the "choose boot disk" screen, so I had to use the iATKOS DVD to boot into my harddisk and put the original boot file back.

what should I do?

[update]

I edited the resolution in your boot file to 1024x768x32 and it worked, but the sound problem still exists.
