JBX
I am trying to play a retail DVD using Apple DVD Player or Mac Blu-ray Player and I get this error (see pic). This even though I can mount dvd's CD's etc and also burn using the drive. Also sometimes after boot it will not recognize the drive and I have to re-boot. This never happened in SL or Lion. Any help? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/281445-ml-108-cant-play-any-dvds-dvd-player-56/ Share on other sites
eep357
Go back to the unable to eject dvd using keyboard thread as the 2 problems are related and there are a couple different ways to fix it Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/281445-ml-108-cant-play-any-dvds-dvd-player-56/#findComment-1840465 Share on other sites
JUN Ho
Connect the DVD Player to intel Sata connector. and try ! If you don't have any free intel Sata connector and you have to connect to Jimicron eSata Connectoer, then you have to change DVDplayback Framework. You can find how to change DVDplayback Framework in here. http://reviews.cnet.com/8301-13727_7-20070591-263.html Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/281445-ml-108-cant-play-any-dvds-dvd-player-56/#findComment-1840541 Share on other sites
