Hey ...

I dunno if it's the right place to post this, but I was running a Perfect Lion 10.7.3 on VMWare WS 8.03 last night, but after 10.7.4 update it's stuck on Apple Logo for an hour or more after which it boots !!!! Is that normal for it to take an hour or more to boot up ? And once it does boot up after an hour it is so slow and acting up like it's gonna blow at any moment !!!

I dunno if there is any way to rescue it without having to do it all over again n staying on 10.7.3 ..

I know that that isn't really a Hackintosh but it's all I can afford .. Do not have many HDDs or machines to do it on .. VMWare is the tool at hand ....

Anyway help ?

You're in the right place. I could move it to Virtualization if you like, but I don't know that that's necessary. :)

My oh my...see the Lion slow boot FAQ and see if that helps you out...other than that I don't know.

And, BTW, VMWare will never work quite as well as native...no GFX support, among others, regardless of hardware. You probably know this, but just confirming. OTOH your hardware should be compatible for native...
