rlf Posted April 30, 2012 Share Posted April 30, 2012 During installation, under the Window menu is an installer log. You can open that and see what it hangs on. When the drive doesn't want to unmount, click on its icon and then go to the tool bar and click Unmount. Then resume what you were doing (Erasing, I presume).
