Blah101
I have no idea why this happens. I use to be able to use sleep, but it has really gotten messed up. When I put my computer to sleep, then try and wake it up, it will "loop" so to speak. It will wakeup, then sleep, then wake, then sleep. There is no way out. When I unplug it and plug it back in, it does the same thing. The only fix I have is a CMOS reset by removing the battery. Is there anything else I can do to solve this? I am using a UD3H-B3 F10 bios with a 2500k and two GTX 460s (only one has a monitor on it). YES I am using the edited DSDT with proper installation by #####. kdtt
Maybe you have 'wake for ethernet network access' option enabled in energy saver preference.
Blah101
Maybe you have 'wake for ethernet network access' option enabled in energy saver preference. Just curious, why would that make a difference?
kdtt
I have two pcs Sometines my pc wakes up with black screen and go sleep again when I plug iPhone to usb port or turn on the other pc. But not always act like that. Sometines doing loop two or three times and then go sleep again or with black screen and never sleep again, so I have to restart. If this is not your case, maybe AppleRTC.kext or Harddisk eject related? That's all I can think of so far. I hope you solve the problem soon.
