I tried to boot the iatkos dvd but it gets onto a boot loop. Can someone help me?

My specs are:

 

CPU

AMD Sempron 2800+

Palermo 90nm Technology

RAM

1,00 GB Single-Channel DDR @ 160MHz (2.5-4-4-8)

Motherboard

K8NF4G-SATA2 (CPUSocket)

Graphics

Philips 190CW (1440x900@75Hz)

64MB GeForce 6100 (ASRock)

Hard Drives

244GB Western Digital WDC WD25 00AAKS-00VSA SCSI Disk Device (ATA)

Optical Drives

Optiarc DVD RW AD-7260S SCSI CdRom Device

Audio

Realtek AC'97 Audio

Insanelymac is not the place for distros.

Try using a retail install method using Nawcoms ModCD and a Snow Leopard 10.6.3 retail disk.

 

When booting, boot with the -v flag to give a verbose output, this will show you the boot process.

If you get stuck, take a photo of where it gets to and post it asking for help.
