Since i dont want to mess up my main installation i would have to set up a test system but i dont realy know which kexts and which framework is needed. Also, my brother got only this one card so i cant use it all the time, it would be nice if someone could post a complete list of which kexts/frameworks or whatever is needed to try it out. I also read that it is only possible with the 10.4.7 kernel? Maybe someone of the dev guys could have a word to save me some wasted time? CoolBits Posted September 16, 2006 Share Posted September 16, 2006 Yeah you need 8.7.2 kernel to run kexts from Mac Pro and only those kexts can run that 7300gt from Mac Pro.. codec Posted September 26, 2006 Share Posted September 26, 2006 same problem with 7300GT, but it's happened, when U install macvidia 2.1 or 2.2.
