SmrtMouth
I am ripping my hair out right now. I can't get audio to work on my Gigabyte GA-MA78LM-S2H. I'm running an AMD Hackintosh Snow Leopard 10.6.6. I tried following a forum in here about the ALC888b but the kexts I was told to install did not work. Out of desperateness, I tried installing VooDooHDA audio kext. Guess what? It didn't work! When I go to Sys Prefs-->Sound, there are no devices listed under Output or Input from both the ALC888b kext and VooDooHDA kext. I don't know how to edit my DSDT. I've tried following guides but they were very confusing. Can anybody please help me? EDIT: I am willing to upgrade to 10.6.8 if that is required.
