KrysObscure Posted January 21, 2012 Share Posted January 21, 2012 before i start explaining what my problem is, i had to say that i'm italian so i'll probably (if not certain) make some mistakes in this post. i already tried to post in the italian area, but they don't know how to help me, so i have to ask you. i already installed SL in the past on my desktop, but i can't do that anymore for 2 reasons: 1- i lost some files i need in order to make it work 2- i wrote an "how to" in the italian area, but that post is nowhere to be found anymore. all of my problems are related to my vga, an ati(amd now) hd4870, probably Sapphire (1024 mb ram). i tried a lot of things, but nothing worked. one of the last thing i did was installing sl 10.6.3, booting it in safe mode (-x), updated to 10.6.8, installed qe/cl exotic 10.6.8. as i said before, that didn't worked. I need any version >=10.6.6 of OS X, it doesn't matter if it's lion or snow leopard. Any suggestion?
