Which version of Snow Leopard are you trying to install?

Which boot loader are you using?

Are you using any flags to boot? If so, which ones.

The still waiting for root device error happens when the boot loader can't find the partiion to boot from.

Have you tried booting with rd=disk0s2 (change to your snow leopard partition obviously)

Installing SL By Hazard

Tried All Kinds Of Flags -s -x -v

Using Chameleon

I Tried rd=disk0s2 but didnt work

After Turning To RAID OSX Setup Doesnt Find My HD

After rd=disk0s2 Im Getting Spinning Wheel Under The Apple Logo

It Isnt Ending But Still I Will Wait For A while

Then install boot from #####

You can find it at tonymacx86.com under downloads. This makes your system look like a mac

Just burn it to a cd

Boot with -v rd=disk0s2

Tell me where it stops

Always boot with -v (verbose boot) until you have a stable system.
