I'm trying to install Lion on my notebook (hardware on signature) it's not important if I can't use 540M, it's sufficient Intel HD3000 integrated if display can work at (1920x1080).

I prepared a USB with Lion by ##### (with Mac OS X Lion App Store and Laptop Support) I set AHCI on Bios, but when I start installion from USB I received this error and after pc stop working with black screen

Any updates?

I was able to install using ##### procedure on a GPT partition, except the 1920x1080 screen is not displaying anything and I had to use the VGA output to a 1080p TV to see everything (including installation process). When install, I used cpus=1 as the only option. If not working for you, try -x cpus=1, and that should be enough.
