lithetails Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 Hello everyone! I'm iAtkos L2 user and I having problems with: sleep and audio. I asked to Powaking user via PM and he shared with me his Extra folder with Chameleon conf, DSDT.aml and kext. This is my story: If I install iAtkos L2 with this kext includes in the default installation: - USB - SATA AHCI - NVEnabler - VoodooHDA - PS\2 - Marvell 8056 -PCI-E root 1 It boots fine but sound doesn't work well, it sounds with noise. If I try sleep, the screen turn on power save mode but my PC doesn't. If press any key of keyboard, it reboots and freezes in Apple screen boot. It doesn't boot anymore. If I install just with: - SATA AHCI -NVEnable -Marvell - PCI-E root 1 Doesn't boot, the same if I try to enter sleep mode. I tested the DSDT.aml and kext of the partner (installed with Chameleon Wizard and Kext Wizard) sound doesn't work. I have connected my HDD to Intel Sata Chipset configurated like AHCI. Powaking Posted May 17, 2012 Share Posted May 17, 2012 I know this is late but don't select voodoohd. If you are using my dsdt then use the ALC888 and the patched ALC8xx kexts from the iAtkos menu.
