Ciao, I have installed Lion using ##### onto an MBR partition (after patching installer) with Chimera installed on the MBR. However, it cannot boot Lion without kernel panics. I installed ##### (which comes with some kexts) and all seems to be fine (it boots -v just like the ##### Chimera -v) before a sudden kernel panic.

Therefore, without the unnecessary kexts included in #####, what basic kexts should be installed (using #####, manually or otherwise)? Currently I have FakeSMC.kext, the power management disabler and Evoreboot. Alternatively, is there any way to copy the settings from the ##### Chimera on my USB drive or move it to the HD as it boots my Lion system fine?

You may want to install lion on a GUID partition, After install boot with rBoot ( you can download in tonymacx86 website) then install ##### (also from tonymac), ##### will install chimera and other files necessary for OSX to boot from your hard drive.
