4HM3R Posted December 26, 2011 Share Posted December 26, 2011 Hello, I followed this guide http://www.tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?f=169&t=36909&p=232859#p232859 and installed lion. I then got the appropriate sound drivers to work through [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url]. However, my Ethernet driver is the Realtek RTL8111D and when I use lyx2mac's ReaktekRTL81xx.kext it does not work. Also, when I try to access network under system preferences, the beach ball just spins (freezing the system preferences window). As a result the only option I then have is to force quit. Is this normal? Also under system information it says that my Ethernet card is unrecognized. I have a Evga x58 sli le, or a 141-BL-E757-TR X58 Help appreciated :S Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
