I don't understand why you would want to, in any case, some things are part of the OS and removing them could lead to problems with other things (see the OS X stack).

 

If you really want to you might be able to by using

sudo pkgutil --forget

I don't understand what you are asking.

 

sudo pkgutil --forget

Is the command, though you need to enter the package.i.e.

sudo pkgutil --forget com.apple.pkg.Safari51Lion

 

You will need to check that though as it's only off the top of my head.
