tkenney65
My mobo is a Gigabyte GA-P45-UD3P rev 1.6 BIOS is 6.0. Previously I successfully installed Snow Leopard via ##### with no post installation issues.. More recently I successfully installed Lion via ##### and a second time via Cakewalk with one issue. I am unable to overcome the issue of the CMOS resetting itself both after sleep and also EVERY time I shut down the system. With help from folks across several forums I have attempted to: patch the AppleRTC.kext via terminal app.; replace the Lion AppleRTC.kext with the Snow Leopard one; modifying my DSDT with a DSDT Editor and so on... I am about at the point of going back to Snow Leopard because I just can't seem to fix this issue so I am hoping someone can assist. I can post my DSDT file if that helps. Thanks...
