Do you have XP installed with all the bootcamp goodies? If so, everything will be great except for a few things like audio. If you got XP, then upgrade to RC1. No need to wipe or delete.

I am pretty sure most of the XP drivers will work, if not all with Boot Camp 1.1.1. And, if you want 3 partitions, you'll have to use some code for that:

df

sudo diskutil partitionDisk /dev/disk0 2 GPTFormat \

"JHFS+" "Macintosh" 100G "MS-DOS" "Windows XP" 50G "MS-DOS" "Vista" 50G

You'll need to change the numeric values to make it specific for your hard drive. Insert the Vista DVD into your Mac while running Windows XP. Then specify your Vista partition as the destination under advanced install options. Note: You must make your Windows XP partition in the code large enough to accomadate everything that's already there, or else you'll lose data. Good luck :)
