Which X86 OSX 10.5.X version should I try to get easiest install?

The hardware I wish to get OSX working on is:

Computer: Sony VGN-FS285B

Motherboard: intel i915GMS/i910GML rev 3

Processor: Intel Celeron M 1.5 Ghz SSE2

Network: Intel ® Pro/100VE

RAM: 512 MB

HD: DK23FA-60

IDE: intel 82801FB/FMB

Screen: intel 82915GM/GMS 82910GML

Don't care so much about the sound and the wifi working.

This system is half working now, as follows:

Installed with iPC 10.5.6 PPF5 (other iPC boot DVD versions didn't work) and with the kexts as per listed by Cerastez link (thanks!)

Restart WITHOUT THE DVD in the drive, F8, -f (without the DVD as I could not get F8 to work with the DVD in the drive)

Filled in all the apple setup & registration {censored}

Restarted, F8, -v

The lines follow very fast, but I saw 3 errors in the verbose, being:

"Hibernate failed"

some "Firewire" error

some error about a "com.apple.something.ACPIPS2Nub.something"

In addition, when restarting or shutting down and restarting the computer, every 2 times it does not go through the startup-process (so I restart, it doesn't go through, I hard reset restart, it goes through, I restart it doesn't go through, I hard reset restart and it goes through, etc.). I have a picture with the error message attached in this post, but I do not know if it is the same error every time.

I'd be interested what these errors are all about.
