MacFaulty
Sorry for the bump. I have the same issue, retail install went in x64 mode, but I cannot boot x86_64 (something with AppleACPIPlatform, IOPCIFamily and IOACPIFamily.kext). I use 10.6.8 with nawcom's 10.8v2 legacy kernel (with -force64). I also tried removing the arch=i386 form the boot.plist (chameleon), but didn't work. I would really like to run 64 bit apps. Now I can't because they crash all the time. Anybody got an idea how to use x64 support? My CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 945 Hope anybody can help me.
