You must set GraphicsEnabler=n (and disable/remove any other video card injection method) otherwise you will boot to a black screen. There is no driver support for your video card on Snow Leopard, it will only work in unaccelerated VESA mode and only if you don't use any injection method. On GTX 4xx we can use the Quadro 4000 drivers for Mac but AFAIK those will not work with 5xx cards. The Lion nvidia drivers have support for your card.
