ik_ben_Mark Posted November 7, 2011 Share Posted November 7, 2011 I have a AsRock P5B-DE mainboard with the following hardware: - Q6600 - GeForce 8800GT - 6GB DDR2 I want to install Snow Leopard (or if possible, Lion). But when i tried to install Snow Leo using a 10.6 retail usb and EmpireEFI i dont get any futher than this: I am currently using an IDE harddisk (and IDE dvd-player for Empire EFI but that shouldnt make a difference right? Because I use 10.6 from USB). I get my sata disk next week. What can be the problem. Are there some people here who have or know a working method for this board.
