The network card is the device that contains your Ethernet, dial-up modem, or any other connection to the Internet or to a local network. Do you still have a Windows installation?

The important thing to know is your card model and its device/vendor ID. I'm not sure if it is possible to check this info for non-working devices in OS X, but I do know it is possible from Windows and Linux.

The package I put up should be compatible with any OS X. Obviously, since you need SL first, try the pkg and then upgrade to Lion. There should not be a compatibility issue.
