Gabecm
RTL8101E/RTL8102E PCI Express Fast Ethernet controller - Full name OS= OS X Lion 10.7.2 I have installed the Realtek given drivers (RTG 2.0.6) the problem With it is the annoying need to boot twice (boot only to find ethernet is not loaded, so reboot and it works all of a sudden.) This a minor annoyance. But like many people I want to have everything working, So is there a way to fix this problem. Third party Kext? Chameleon flag? anything? Toshiba A660 What works. - Intel Core i5 450M - nVidia GT330M + HDMI + VGA - Matshibi Blu-Ray reader - Bluetooth (Toshiba bluetooth kext 64 bit) (Broadcom askey bluetooth module) - Chicony Built in Webcam, Using Anyisightcam.kext to see as built-in iSight - 8GB of SD RAM - Realtek ALC262/269 VoodooHDA - USB ports What doesn't. - JMicron SD card reader, Got a solution? - TV tuner, it is seen in System profiler but I don't know how to utilize it OS X, Got a solution? - Built-in Display, It works.... But no brightness control or real name or good default colour profile, Got a solution? - Broadcom 4313 A/B/G/N Wi-Fi, Tried everything I could find, Got a solution? - The mic in VoodooHDA works, But I get a noticeable input problem I have to put it down to 1% but even then it has very high, even too high input, Got a solution (I use VoodooHDA 0.2.2 with no preference pane, all others Don't work) Thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/271595-rtl8101ertl8102e-ethernet-and-others/ Share on other sites

Gabecm
The wake? you mean after sleep?. Yeah I don't care much for sleep I don't put the HackBook to sleep ever not Do I want to or have the need to XDD I think I may have fixed it using the Lion build from the realtek site All that really matters to me much now is the Wi-Fi and the Card reader But if something goes on I'll reply Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/271595-rtl8101ertl8102e-ethernet-and-others/#findComment-1767985 Share on other sites

Gabecm
wifi device id 4727 ? forget it.. try bcm94321mc or AR5B91card reader.. uhh jmicron.. dunno. The thing about Wi-Fi is that I can't be bothered opening up the laptop then replacing it and then if necessary Flash the bios to allow said card to run, and then if that's, and that's if one of those cards fit I don't even have a screw driver on my person I have found a small USB realtek 8188cus card so that should be good enough although I love the Airport integration wifi device id 4727 ? forget it.. try bcm94321mc or AR5B91card reader.. uhh jmicron.. dunno. If you can give me a definite on both how I can and if I can I will do it XDD the last time I did it I accidentally got the wrong Wi-Fi card Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/271595-rtl8101ertl8102e-ethernet-and-others/#findComment-1768300 Share on other sites
