oSxFr33k
I believe the GT 540M uses Optimus. It switches well in windows to the integrated Intel Graphics without problems but no one has been able to get this to work on a Mac Clone yet. You probably will be able to get the integrated Intel graphics card to work as many others have done using other Laptops with this scenario but you will not be able to use the Discrete Graphics card GT 540M and too me that is a waste. I have a lot of Clones but do own a Mac Pro and no PC clone at that time could touch it. I also soon will buy a MacBook Pro in time. Go with the MBP unless you get something like you see in my signature that is about 100% Mac Clone. Stay away from Discrete Nvidia Graphics cards that use Optimus.
