I'm italian so i will probably make some mistakes i decided to install mac os on my notebook (asus x52jr, 4gb ram, 64 bit intel core i5, ati mobility radeon hd 5740) but i have some questions 1) can i do this with an original mac os x cd of a mac mini? it's 10.5.6. 2)if yes with wich bootloader? 3) i'm using grub (grub 2 i think) as main bootloader because i have a ubuntu partition too. from grub i can access the windows bootloader, with xp and windws 7. i must preserve all this s.o , can i do this? thanks to all! sorry if i did something wrong but i new here Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/271275-install-mac-osx-with-other-os/ Share on other sites More sharing options...

And is possible in a second time to restore the pc? cuzzo94 Posted October 30, 2011 Author Share Posted October 30, 2011 sorry for the double post. i read some guides but i'm not sure of how to do all. with the configuration writed in the first post, can i simply install one version of osx like ideneb or ipc? will grub automaticly recognize the new os in the list? and will i still be able to use the other 3 o.s.?
