JaBrd Posted October 16, 2011 Share Posted October 16, 2011 Under ESXi 5.0 I've 'upgraded' to 10.7.2 using the described technique (kext copy) but now I can't seem to attach a CD. I notice that when I: $ ls /Volumes => VMware Shared Folders but when I try to ls this, I gives a "protocol error" ?? Known issue and no fix. You will have to copy files into the guest and then run them.
