Ichihinata
Hello, I've got a few days ago a new computer. On this I would now like to install Lion, but I'm not really far. I've tried this with iATKOS L1 (burned to a DVD). Here again are my specifications: Intel Core i7 860 2.8 Ghz AMD Radeon HD 5900 4GB Ram I also photographed my problem again, so maybe you can help me better. Greetings, and sorry for my bad english x.x Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/270108-can-not-start-lion-installation/ Share on other sites

ibebusiness
Your lucky you get that far, I've tried 2 different ways to install iATKOS_L1, and I keep getting a sudden restart right after loading darwin... I even downloaded the installer app and created my own installer and it does the same thing. Note: iATKOS_v7 loads just fine. haunteddevil619
i am having the same problem. iatkos s3v2 boots fine with busratio=21, l1 does not boot. installed 10.6.8 from retail disk and tried to upgrade to lion. lion installer boots fine and installation was succesful, but it couldnt boot into the newly installed lion nor the installer. tried chameleon 2 rc4, chimera and all possible flags... I guess its something to do with efi partitions. read this http://www.tonymacx86.com/viewtopic.php?p=31356 i am searching for any possible solutions. plz pm me if u find any. i will post here if i find one UPDATE i was able to boot into the lion installer. I used rboot by tony. helps getting into the installer for lion and then boots into freshly installed lion. then use ##### for lion and you are all ready to go. you can find rboot here i dont know if this will boot you into iatkos l1 though!!
