BBPicard
Hello, I am trying to install Mac OSX on my Aspire 5610z laptop. When loading iATKOS, I cannot select a target drive for installation. I suspect that it is because I cannot change my partitioned drive from IDE to AHCI. My BIOS setup utility will not give me that option. Is there a way to work around that problem? Thanks!! sirbow2
you need a retail boot cd or install dvd(like iaktos) that includes the correct SATA/ATA kexts for your system Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/268259-target-drive-not-available-when-trying-to-install-mac-osx-using-iatkos/#findComment-1750486 Share on other sites
