I'm having almost no luck trying to install Snow Leopard (from a retail 10.6.3 retail DVD) onto my system.

I've tried the following options and almost all combinations:

-x

-v

PCIRootUID=0

GraphicsEnabler=No

It seems as though "GraphicsEnabler=No -v" (the -v is important for some reason) causes the install to start most of the time but it's very random. I've also had the other options randomly work but most of the time I get a kernel panic before the install will start.

Also, ##### always gives me an error "Errors occured while starting the computer..." no matter what options that I use.

Here is my system:

ASUS Sabertooth P67 (Core i5 2500k, "Sandy Bridge")

2x 4 GB RAM (total 8 GB RAM)

2x NVidia GTX 480 (SLI)

Drives set to AHCI

I know my hardware isn't optimal for OS X (nvidia, 2x video cards, etc) but I've seen many reports of this configuration working so I know it's possible.

Can anybody give me any tips?

I'm using the latest ##### version as well...

1st u need to use the usb method ,as u can add kexts to proper recognize ur hardware

2nd remove one of the vga cards ,install them later with dsdt or efi-strings

3rd if u got into probs later ,remove 4 gbs of the ram and try again ,again u can install them later.

4th as u have a SB cpu ,u better use ##### legacy.
