ello! Can you help me to understand what is happened to my iMac Core Duo? I was playing with Civilization IV (cracked) and suddenly (after 5 min) OSX freeze and told me to restart the system in many languages :D

I have only Azureus in background.

My system is an iMac Core Duo 17" 1.83Ghz with OS X 10.4.7 and 1 Gigabyte of RAM and i have 70gbyte of hdd's free space.

The system never crashed like this before

well, i dont know what all taht means but basicially, some thing in the core os files got messed with, deleted, or something has a conflict... that basicially (im a windows user, please check with another more knowlegable in osx) you have to reinstall the os i do beleve (thats what happens in windows) unless after rebooting you are able to boot into osx still, not just to the error message

....................here come the vultures........hehe, who will say it first????? Well heck let me go first. NO OPERATING SYSTEM IS CRASHPROOF, regardless of what most mac owners (the TRUE BELIEVERS) will tell you. Don't believe the hype, as, if it was written(coded) by a human, then it is succeptible to human error/bugs in the code. Good luck tho, hope everything works out for you.

Your (cracked) Civilization IV asked your video card to do something it couldn't do.
