Raiten Posted August 21, 2011 Share Posted August 21, 2011 Built this rig a couple years ago. After about a year it started hanging at the ACPI controller on boot. It will continue, but requires waiting 10-15 minutes. I also have intermittent issues with the DVD drive either not being recognized or malfunctioning. I'm wondering if these issues are related. Around this time, it also started hanging intermittently (spinning wheel) while being used. I've searched but haven't found a solution to my issue. Can someone point me in the right direction?
