SkuenD
I have a system with 2 Hard drives : 1)500GB, partitioned entirely hfs+ with OS X Lion installed on it 2)1000GB, with the following partitions: a)50 GB ext4 b)100 GB ext4 c)4GB Swap area. I have installed Fedora 15 ( KDE Spin ) on the second HDD, with / mounted to the 50GB partition and /home to the 100GB. I installed it while HDD 1 was disconnected, as it contains important information and I don't have an additional HDD to use for backup. I installed Fedora's bootloader to the beginning of the first patition, not the the MBR. When I boot with both HDDs connected, Chameleon boots, and it does both the os x and fedora. os x boots fine, but if I try to boot into Fedora, all I get is a flashing ' _ ' key. If I boot with only the second HDD connected, Fedora boots just fine. I will mention that I previously installed snow leopard & debian with the same method ( only on 1 hdd ) and it worked just fine. Help will be appreciated on fixing this situation. Tnx in advance, Niv Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/266041-dual-booting-fedora-os-x-lion-using-chameleon/ Share on other sites
