koushiro Posted August 17, 2011 Share Posted August 17, 2011 I have a SATA Lite ON DVD burner that does not always appear as a drive in my hackintosh. Sometimes it will show up and I can use it to burn dvd or watch a dvd while other times it wont. I could not find any kexts for a dvd drive so I'm thinking it isn't needed, or is it needed?
