why is this happening? keyboard and mouse not working

hey guys im new too this osx86 thing but i was able to install iATKOS 10.6.3 on my computer and i dled the combo update of 10.6.7 from apple and i following the instructions on this tonymac website using [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] to install the combo update, however, when i restarted my computer, my mouse and keyboard did not work and still is not working, i'm typing this from another computer, why is this happending and how do i fix it?
