I'll Boot Nawcom OSX ModCD 0.3.1 then, choose USB with S.L 10.6 DMG bootable image and, when i choose languages at the beginning of installation and press "Continue" i have an error... There was a problem reading mac os x installation disk I have try with CD and USB too... what can i do? Yeah that is Retail snowleopard_10a432_userdvd.iso Do you changed OSInstall.mpkg? Yeah i'have replace that file... I really dont know what happend the same DVD work in virtualbox and dont work on installation.... Maybe the problem is that you changed it with a wrong version of OSInstall.mpkg. You need the same version of the patched OSInstall file for your Lion version. So for example if you have Lion GM, you need patched GM version of OSInstall.mpkg. I tried different copies of the retail disc. I know the mod cd and retails discs are fine because I used them on my other AMD PC. I even took the DVD drive that I knew to work from the other PC - same problem. I think this a motherboard issue, don't have many settings in my bios to play with though. Did you have any luck with this?
