blalonde
So I've recently got Snow Leopard (vanilla) running on my laptop. Everything is good except that when I boot using the Chimera bootloader, I get kernel panic from AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement. I've deleted both kexts associated with it, booted with the -f boot flag to rebuild the kext cache. I skip the kernel panic now, but get this instead (I attached a pic) Any help would be awesome, thanks! ps. I have a Dell Inspiron 1545 with 2 gigs ram, intel pentium processor and intergrated intel graphics Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/263609-appleintelcpupowermanagement-kernel-panic/ Share on other sites
3.14r2
You should probably search the forum for a guide for this or similar PC. It is not an uncommon notebook, so the info should be here. Plus use Google, you might find a good matching guide. magnetique
this is not a kernel panic, I guess it is related with your graphic card as I've got the same with wrong graphic card installed, try to install with different options Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/263609-appleintelcpupowermanagement-kernel-panic/#findComment-1724493 Share on other sites
