Sveg Posted July 24, 2011 Share Posted July 24, 2011 Lion is running very well with the exception of sleep and shutdown. I've never had sleep working on my previous installs. I've tried sleepenabler64 doesn't seem to work for me. When my install goes to sleep it won't wake, restart works but shutdown also has the same effect as sleep and I have to turn off the computer at the switch before I can startup again. mm67 Posted July 24, 2011 Share Posted July 24, 2011 My Rampage III Gene also doesn't wake up from sleep with SL or Lion, then again it does the same with Windows and Linux also. Shutdown and restart do work fine though. For working shutdown you need an edit in dsdt or one of those old kext files that take care of shutdown.
