Hello folks,

I tried to install OS X Snow Leopard system into my external 750 GB eSATA drive because primary 160 GB hard drive is full. I got ##### v3.1 CD from other site but it can see eSATA drive during boot time but OS X system can't see eSATA drive with JMB 36x kext installed. It recognizes that JMicron 360 chip but can't see eSATA drive upon boot complete.

Also, I tried to install it with USB hard drive but it kept got instant reboots before reaching Chameleon menu. However, I can only boot it with USB thumb drive. I think that it is a bug in BIOS v300 firmware that cause instant reboots because I was able boot the same USB hard drive on my desktop normally.

Does anyone have any good solutions with external bootable eSATA drive and USB hard drive?

Thanks,

Sword7
